1. Types of data processed and the sources.
1.1 Data acquired automatically
The software procedures which operate the website acquire some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols, and save them in log files. These data are not collected for association with identified data subjects, but by their very nature, when processed or associated with data held by third parties, they might allow users to be identified. This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who log onto the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used when submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the server’s response status (concluded successfully, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment, starting and destination pages, navigation index and identifying behaviours during viewing of the site’s pages. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information concerning use of the Site and to check that it is operating correctly. The data may be used to identify those responsible in the event of IT crime against the site, only on the request of the relevant supervisory authorities.
1.2 Data contributed voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit, voluntary dispatch of email to the addresses provided on this site leads to the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary in order to reply to the enquiry, and any other personal data included in the message. Ceramica del Conca S.p.A. collects and will process the Personal Data which you contribute directly and voluntarily through the Site when you register on the Site and/or subscribe to the newsletter service of Ceramica del Conca S.p.A., and/or submit a request to our Customer Service, together with any data supplied by compiling the customer form. These data include, for example, your full name, postal address, email address and telephone number. Moreover, the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails via the Site and/or to the addresses indicated on the Site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message sent.

On subscription to the Ceramica del Conca S.p.A. newsletter, the user’s name and email address are added to a list of contacts to whom commercial and marketing information is periodically sent. Subscription to the newsletter is not possible without consent to communications.
Ceramica del Conca receives an email with the aforesaid data on subscription to and unsubscription from the newsletter, and it periodically backs up its distribution list.
The newsletter service is provided by MailUp SpA of viale Francesco Restelli 1, Milan (Italy). Like all newsletter platforms, MailUp provides information about who opens the newsletter and clicks the links. Contact personal data are stored on their servers. Ceramica del Conca uses this information to assess whether the newsletters are interesting and useful for their readers.
To unsubscribe at any moment, users have only to click the link at the bottom of each email. After unsubscription, MailUp will conserve the contact data. Users wishing to definitively erase them must send an email to [email protected]. MailUp processes personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 2017/679 (GDPR).
