To get the most from a garden – private or public, of a home or hotel – it is essential to design the space and decide how many zones to create, depending on how they are to be used and the needs to be met. Along the sea front of a coastal town, for example, it may be necessary to create green spaces for pets, wellness areas, plazas to host public events, cycle tracks, benches for people to rest on or paths leading to the beach. In this case it is essential to divide up the various areas and the use of outdoor furnishings is of strategic importance.
Porcelain stoneware is extremely versatile and landscape architects worldwide have discovered that it also a perfect tool for outdoor furnishing, since it is durable and weatherproof even in the long term. The Del Conca House line offers various furnishing items which match the due2 range of porcelain stoneware tiles. This enables the design of a garden or park with a total look, with the paver and wall tiles also used for all furnishing features.

All Del Conca House furnishing articles are constructed using porcelain stoneware slabs mounted on internal structures made from special panels and/or with steel frameworks. Construction panels are in high-intensity extruded polystyrene, coated on both sides with a water and steam-proof membrane. The panel is stiffened, in addition to the waterproof membrane, by the adhesive that is also used to mount it, and is designed and tested for strength and durability. All furnishings are produced in Italy.
The articles in the Del Conca House collection can be produced using the entire Del Conca House range of 120x260 cm porcelain stoneware slabs with thickness 6.5 mm. Outdoor furnishings in particular can be manufactured using the due2 range products 20 mm thick. The lengths of the various models can be modified or they can be produced to measure, once the request and the overall project have been approved by the Del Conca marketing department.
