The Ceremony for the presentation of the credentials of six new Ambassadors to the Republic of San Marino was held in the Palazzo Pubblico yesterday morning in the presence of the Captains Regent, Their Excellences Maria Luisa Berti and Manuel Ciavatta.
One of those presenting his Letter of Credence to the State’s highest representatives was H.E. Nasser Sanhat Al-Qahtani, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait, who immediately expressed his wish to pay a visit to Ceramica Faetano. In fact, his country is particularly interested in the manufacture of porcelain stoneware floor and wall tiles, especially large sizes and marble-effect ceramic slabs.
Welcomed by the company’s Management, Ambassador Al-Qahtani was able to make a close inspection, through a detailed tour of the showroom and production plant, of the offering of Ceramica Faetano which, thanks to its synergy with other Del Conca Group companies, is particularly wide and comprises indoor and outdoor tiles, trims and decors, large and small sizes, and 120x260 cm ceramic slabs.
Introducing the new Plenipotentiaries to Their Excellencies the Captains Regent, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Luca Beccari highlighted the state of relations, both bilaterally and in multilateral contexts, and the prospects for strengthening them.
With regard to relations with Kuwait, Secretary of State Beccari gave the new Ambassador confirmation of the good bilateral relationship in force, mentioning the negotiations currently ongoing to finalise two important economic and financial agreements. The Ceremony concluded with signing of the Distinguished Guest Book.
